Terms and Conditions

For prop, silk flower, candle and stationery hire 

Please ensure the following Terms and Conditions have been read and understood before paying your deposit. By paying your deposit you accept all terms and conditions stated. 

Commonly used terms 

Hirer: person/s hiring products and/or services from Forever Florals.

Security Bond: monetary amount outlined by Forever Florals that is to be paid by client and will be held until products are collected by FF in the condition in which they were hired out. 

​DELIVERY MINIMUMS 

Reception only $1800 + delivery/ set up and late night pack down fee + bond

Ceremony and reception - repurposing at the same venue $2000 + delivery/ set up/repurposing and late night pack down fee + bond

Ceremony and reception - repurposing at different venues $2500 + delivery/ set up/repurposing and late night pack down fee + bond

Further distanced weddings including the Hunter Valley and Southern Highlands $3500 + delivery/set up/repurposing and late night pack down fee + bond

Booking and Hiring Fees

 1.1 Prices stated are exclusive of delivery fees and bonds 

1.2 Hiring period will be discussed and agreed upon by hirer and Forever Florals

1.3 Standard GST is applied to all of Forever Florals products and services. 

Delivery Fees 

2.1 All delivery fees will be discussed and agreed upon by hirer and Forever Florals

2.2 Delivery fees include: 

a) Delivery and set up of product/s to specified location 

b) Pack up of product/s from specified location 

c) Late night pack down fee – this fee will incur for events concluding after 9pm

d) Delivery fees also cover toll usage and vehicle expenses.

2.3 Once all products have been delivered to the specified location by Forever Florals, the client assumes complete responsibility and liability for all products until pickup/ collection from Forever Florals. 

2.4 The hirer is not to move or transport the product/s without informing Forever Florals.

​2.5 Natural candle hire - once candles have been positioned and lit by either Forever Florals, venue, or client; Forever Florals are NOT liable for negligence resulting in any incident or possible fire damage.

 Payment and Bonds 

3.1 T o secure a booking over $2000 requires a 25% deposit and a booking under $2000 requires a 50% deposit of the total quote is required from the hirer within 72 hours of invoice issue date.

3.2 Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits become credits for postponed weddings.

3.3 Invoiced items and event date specified by hirer will not be secured until the deposit is paid in full. 

3.4 Deposits must be made by bank transfer and the balance remaining needs to be paid 4 weeks prior to your booked date. 

3.5 Once a deposit has been made and the booking has been secured, substantial deductions from the products booked will NOT be accepted. This will be discussed between FF and client. Additions to the booking can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the event.

3.6 Issued bonds cover the cost of possible damage to props and/or flowers as well as missing flowers. In the case props or flowers are damaged or flowers are taken, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the bond to cover the cost of the product. Bonds will be returned within 72 hours of event date. 

3.7 If you decide to have your wedding ceremony outside in the elements and subject to rain with no plan B, then a wet weather bond will also be issued in addition to the standard bond. This bond covers potential damage caused to props and flowers due to rain and other outdoor elements.

Change of Booking and Cancellation 

4.1 If by unforeseen circumstances out of the control of Forever Florals products are unable to be provided, the hirer has the option of: 

a) Full refund of amount paid

b) Re-book products for a later date 

4.2. No refund will be issued for change of mind. 

4.3 Re-scheduling your booking for your event can occur only once. There will be no re-scheduling or refund offered after this and will result in loss of full payment made to cover costs of possible event work lost due to a date being booked for your particular event. 

Damage to products 

5.1 Forever Florals will provide all products in a clean and undamaged state.

5.2 The hirer of all products provided by Forever Florals is responsible for any damage or loss. 

5.3 It is agreed between hirer and Forever Florals that the hirer will pay any expenses or loss suffered by the owner as a result of breach by the hirer in regard to these terms. 

COVID-19

6.1 If by unforeseen circumstances you have to cancel or postpone your event due to any COVID-19 reasons, your deposit will be turned into a credit for your next event or new postponed date. 

6.2 Deposits will not be refunded. 

6.3 Your postpone event date is subject to availability. 

Photos 

7.1 Any photos sent through from the hirer to Forever Florals assumes consent from client to use these photos on either Forever Florals website or social media pages including paid promotional ads.
