Q. Do you work with both fresh and silk flowers?

A. At this point in time, I purely specialise in premium silk flower styling. I use only the highest quality real touch, velvet and silk flowers because your events deserve the best! My floral design style revolves around modern, abundant, natural arrangements that will leave your guests questioning if the flowers are indeed real! 

 

Q. Am I able to pick up or is everything delivery only? 

A. Packages and props are delivery only over a spend minimum of $500. For smaller event bookings under $500 involving only silk flower arrangements and/or plinths, pick up from my studio in St Clair is an option. 

 

Q. What is the process of booking you for my wedding or event? 

A. For event bookings, once you have added all of the items you require to your cart and fill out the information form for your event, I will be in contact with you to provide you with a finalised quote and confirm everything with you. In order to secure your booking requires a 50% deposit. 

For Wedding bookings, once you have browsed our Wedding Styling Guide and have filled out the Wedding Enquiry form, I will be in contact with you to provide you with a finalised quote and confirm everything with you. For Wedding bookings over $2000 a 25% deposit is required, for bookings under $2000,  a 50% deposit is required (please view our delivery spend minimums in our terms and conditions). 

 

Q. Am I able to make changes to my booking? 

A. For event bookings, there are minimal changes allowed to package bookings as once you've secured a package, it becomes yours for the day. Changing the booking closer to your event date can result in another missing out on that package you originally had booked in. Changes to your colour palette is completely customisable as well as adding on additional arrangements and candles. 

For Wedding bookings, the majority of your props, silk flower arrangements, candles and/or signage is secured once your deposit has been paid. Changes can be made months out from your wedding date. All arrangements and other styling elements needs to be confirmed 4 weeks out from your wedding. 

 

Q. How far in advance should I book? 

A. I highly recommend securing your wedding booking at least 12-18 months out from your wedding date, especially during peak season months like April, September, October and November. 

For event bookings, I recommend securing your booking at least 4-6 months out from your event.
